Welcome to I-Hacked.com
 --------------------------------------------------
Electronics are everywhere, and technology drives pretty much everything we do in today's world. We show you how to take advantage of these electronics to make them faster, give them added features, or to do things they were never intended to do.

We are not a "cracking" site, we are hackers. Our inquisitive nature leads us to find ways of making technology work for us. We do not support unauthorized access into systems, breaking into email systems, or anything of that nature. Please do not email me asking me how to do this type of stuff.

Please enjoy your stay, check out the articles, and submit some of your own. As a community we can share our tips/tricks/and hacks with each other. The I-Hacked.com's "Most Wanted" are articles that we are currently looking for articles to be written about.

Articles are open to the public, however downloads and the forums are restricted to members only. If you are interested in becoming a member, please click here.

Firefox Browser Hacking
Written by hevnsnt
Tuesday, 23 November 2004
Ok, its no secret..Firefox is my favorite browser.. infact, if you are not using it (for example using... Gasp, IE) you need to change.  Well I decided to write an article on how to "hack" Firefox to make it even better.  Using a few tweaks here and there, we can make FireFox considerably faster,  enable advanced tab options, make newer versions compatible with older extentions, run directly from a flash disk, and on and on.

There has been a lot of press lately (cnn / slashdot) about how some Car computer hackers reverse-engineered the XM Direct cable, allowing you to use your computer to control your XM Direct device.  These hackers have been charging $40-$50 for their cable, which it turns out we can build ourselves for less than $15.

Unlock your nokia cell phones for free, without any cables
Written by http://www.unlockme.co.uk/dct4free.html
Sunday, 31 October 2004

Now Anyone can now calculate their own DCT4 Nokia unlock codes, and Unlock their Nokia Cell phones.

Why?
If you unlock your phone then you can go to a different provider with the same phone. This is usually something for the people with tri-band phones. Some take it out of the country and use the phone with the local sim card provider.  You can now buy phones off ebay, and won't have to pay someone $$ to unlock it for you.
