Nullkraft,
I think you don't understand our intent, maybe my second post is what made it confusing, I'll probably delete it...
Also I agree with you, there are many legit reasons to crack passwords, I've had to do it a number of times for friends who forget their AIM passwords or their e-mail account passwords.
I also agree that ilikethemoon247 is not some random noob who just wants to learn to hack people and have nothing to do with i-hacked. However, his exact intent was not stated, so I had to make a choice.
Also in the speediness, well that's entirely coincidence that I acted so quickly.
Also, no the use of programs made by people that are labeled criminals doesn't make you one, nor does it make them one. I use all sorts of programs, packet sniffer to retrieve a url I needed, DVDXCopy (xbox homebrew) to backup games I own to my xbox's hdd.
Your reasons is what's important.
ilikethemoon247,
I appologize if there was a legit reason (other than curiousity) if you had a good reason, you can e-mail me, or just post in a new thread, this time giving the reason, if their is a legit reason, I will not lock, look down upon, or delete the thread.
everyone,
you have to understand the limitations of the internet and of merely reading text. I nor Bill have the ability to always tell what a topic's tone is in, for example, the word when the word "hey" is typed, you can't always tell if the author is meaning hey as in greeting, or if they are yelling at you. Sometimes you can tell, but this is one of those times, I just can't be certain.
