Bummer about the fw man, but meh what can you do? Anyways yes there is a way of creating your own RSS feeds. I used to do it so that I could stream my own music from my computer as RSS. I can't think of the program at the moment, or even where I read the tutorial on how to do it (or whether I figured it out myself  ). I'll have a look around for any information I can. Sorry I can't be more of a help right now.
