I had a search around my other PC and couldn't find any of the programs etc that used to be on there for RSS, must have been before I rebuilt it. Just before posting this however, after doing a quick google search and looking at this website (which has lots of information and tutorials to do with RSS and other xml documents) I found the program I used for my PSP!
It's called FeedForAll, website here. It's a really easy and simple program to make and manage RSS. There is a free trial download on the website. Don't know if it can help you much, or at all, but thought it was still worth a try.
