It is around that price here as well, but its not quick money if you never have contributed before. Sample blood sent off tested then if pass donate and get check. Think it was about a 2 week turnaround back when I did it a few years ago. Metal collection is a worthwhile business right now. If you know where a lot of copper, aluminum and some variants of steel are.
