Ethanol Facts, Car Mods - 2008/04/25 08:42 You can easily mod a car and get much better gas milage. Simple tweaks like using lower viscosity oil and airing up the tires are there, but then there's mods like grooving the ports and pistons, polishing, coating with polymers, and the grand piece of the cake, building an array of hydrogen cells, which boost the car's performance when you get a device to lean the fuel air mixture. People can get 60-80mpg out of a 4cyl engine, in some cases...

the other one i see uses hydrogen in tanks. you generate the hydrogen from water with a station at home.
