1. Go to www.mirc.com
2. Click Download mIRC
3. Click the mirror you want to download from.
4. Select "Run"
5. Wait for download to finish

6. Select "Run"
7. Follow the animation below to install mIRC, the animation will infinitely repeat.
8. Fill in your info and press Okay.
9. Type /server irc.efnet.net into the text field.
10. Once you're connected (takes a minute) click OK on the channel list that comes up.
11. Type /join #xbins into the text field.
12. You will then join the channel xbins. In the channel window type /msg xbins !list
13. Look where the red box is, you should have xbins there, click xbins.
14. You will then see this message (similar to.)
15. From there, take your favorite FTP app (I use FlashFXP) or even internet explorer and copy the information in the message over to it.
Notice if you're using IE, you enter ftp:// instead of http:// and notice the colon between the username and the password.
That's it, you can now browse xbins, but remember not to be greedy
