While it may be a cool idea, you probably don't want to advertise it too much. It's more than a little illegal  If I were you I'd keep everything, even the homepage etc, behind a password and then only tell people you trust about it. Don't want to go to jail over some serials
Now, to do with the site: would you also host WORKING cracks? They are nice too (the ones that exist), or so I've heard And keygens? You could get people who are 'members' of the site to send in working cracks/keygens that they have found, to make a community library.
