Ok the first thing I would recommend would be to drop by www.relakks.com and sign up for there service. It's like $7a month or $60 some a year. You get a vpn setup with no ties to your ip# except you need a internet connection. (Taken from site and inspired by The Edge http://edge.i-hacked.com/pirate-party-launches-anonymous-darknet-for-file-sharing)

I would also sign up for www.ezyrewards.com to get a free domain name. (I have some 30gigs.com invites if you need in case of spam.) They also don't care if you put fake info for your site,So when someone does a whois fake things come up and put somthing about backups only on your site.
