Screw length (re: 360 RRoD Fix) Help please. - 2008/12/10 02:23
Hey guys,
I'm from the UK and unfortunately we don't have Lowes stores over here so none of the parts (for the 360 rrod fix) have been that easy to come by (as the part names and #'s are different over here)
I think that I've (finally) found all the correct parts but I forgot to specify (and do not know) what length the M5-.80 x 10 Machine Screws need to be.
Could anybody who has one of these screws lying around please do me a huge favour and just measure the thread length the screw should be (from underneath the head of the screw to the end).
This would be really useful, as I already purchased all the parts and just need to cut the screws to size.
