Re:Wifi Predator - 2009/02/12 23:22 Hey there. hope your having better luck with your predator than me :/

Can you help me out and tell me...did you set at the settings in the router to the exact specs of the "wifi predator" build off this site?

See I did and my predator works for about 3 minutes...then it always loses the signal or it gets weaker and disconnects etc...

Someone on the DD-WRT forum told me to turn down the Xmit power from 200 that is recommended to around 28 or default setting. He said maybe I'm overheating the router and causing it to fail....I don't know.

Also in regards to your problem. Maybe grab a bigger antenna through Hyperlink. There having a great sale right now on many of their antennas. I have a 2.4hz 24DBi gain grid antenna and trying to hook that up to the predator. Maybe give that antenna a try.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

my email is: razo321@hotmail.com

For some reason im not recieving messages through this site.

Regards,

Jeff
