you could record it to a VHS, better than nothing.
take your computer, make sure it has a TV-out on the graphics card.
hook tht tv-out to an input on your vcr. (you may need a conversion cable s-video to RCA)
set up the computer so both monitors display the same thing (i've heard it called clone mode)
set up the VCR to record from the input you just hooked up to be a second monitor, and set the channel on the TV if you want to watch it.
hit record
play the movie on the computer.
i suppose you could do something similar if you had a DVD recorder for your TV.
bingo. you have the movie.
