Ok- I would like to say these type of ringers are even better than sprint offer ($$$)

    Software
MP3 TRIM - Trim mp3 files to under 30 sec

dBpowerAMP Convert the mp3 to a mp4 "AAC"
MP4 Codec  You should know this

Install all the applications above

Remember this is for Media Phone's Only!

    MP3 TRIM - Select  "Open"

Browse to the mp3  file of your choice "Hint : Make sure its not a copyrighted music file" =-) and click "Open"

Select the time tab

This is where you will want to Start and Stop the mp3 - Remember that you want to keep it to 30 sec 0 Since after that it will roll over to Voice Mail.
Hint:  Open the file using a media player "Winamp" and Select Trimming Point.

As you can see "Winamp" is paused at 2:26- This is where  we want the song to start.

Select the small square- it will update the time " from the beginning " automatically from where "Winamp" is paused.

Now add 30 sec to where the time was paused - Example 2:26 + :30 = 2:56
Take the new time and subtract it from the total length of the song. Example  3:59 -2:56  = 1:03

Type that time into the "from the end"

Notice that the time is not a full 30 secs -  What we must do is change the time to 1:02

The next step is the volume control - you will need to use trial and error - You might have to export a few versions before it sound correct.
Optional- If you would like to have the volume fade out - Select the type of fade you would like.

Select Save As and save the new trimmed file  : Example  Trim1.mp3

dBpowerAMP Music Converter - browse to the new file "Example Test1.mp3"

From the drop down select mp4 ( CLI ) and change Quality to 48 kbits

Next select Power Pack DSP and add the Volume normalize option from the list by double clicking it
"Note :  I don't always use the Volume normalize option"

Click "OK" and select "Convert"

The new file that is created is "test1.mp4"

Open the site Sprint Users and upload the new file to your phone.

enjoy -Surbo
